Outreach Ministry

Outreach ministry’s sole purpose is to reach the lost and spread the Good News of God's word to our families, friends and community. Our goal is to try and give everyone a chance to come to know Jesus Christ and his saving power.

Children's Ministry

Our Children’s ministry team is dedicated to the upbringing of our children. Come join us every Sunday Morning at 11am for Sunday school, where our welcoming and fun-loving staff teach Christian principles with Bible lessons, songs, crafts and snacks--- with age specific groups ranging from toddlers to teens. During Word Encounter Service, on Sunday afternoons at 12:00PM, we offer Children of Light service, an interactive service designed for children ages 4-11. Here children are given the opportunity to learn about the Word of God through exciting music, skits, Bible lessons, themed movies, games and crafts. We would love to have your children be a part of our children’s ministry!

Visitor Care

Our focus in visitor care ministries is to make our visitors feel welcome and loved from their very first visit, as Christ would have. We want them to feel free to worship and build on their relationship with Jesus Christ. We have a commitment to help all our visitors move into the safety and love of the church body. In helping them in this transition period, we are available in anyway needed--- From friendship and bible studies to encouragement and love.

Saint Care

The Saint Care department is focused on meeting the needs of the church family. We provide for those who are sick, support and encourage saints in times of lost loved ones and care for other in times of need.

Ladies Ministry

The Ladies Department works hard to ensure that every lady is involved as every lady is essential to the success of church functions. The Ladies Department provides food for luncheons and is responsible for Ladies outings and events. We help organize holiday and special services and also plan and facilitate special dinners, banquets and monthly potlucks. Ladies Ministry is also responsible for managing the nursery facilities to provide a safe and caring atmosphere for our young children. Hospitality is the main focus of the Ladies Ministry. Providing for each other, and caring for visiting ministers, saints and visitors. The Ladies Ministry works together with other departments to meet the needs of our church and community.

Men's Ministry

At Gracepoint, we believe men have the privilege and responsibility of being the leader of their homes and in their church. With that responsibility comes many tough challenges. It is our goal to provide a network of ministries to bring men to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Men’s ministry’s primary goal is to provide an environment for men to lead a balanced life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We teach Bible studies and hold activities suited for men of all ages and stages in their walk with Christ. We want every man actively involved in some ministry at Gracepoint. "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love... rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality." (Romans 12:10-12)

A.C.T.S- Alcohol Chemical Treatment Series

A.C.T.S is a faith based recovery program to help substance abusers overcome their addictions by providing those hurting people with an opportunity for spiritual growth. The Alcohol and Chemical Treatment Series (A.C.T.S.) is a ministry that reaches out to the community and offers this spiritual growth opportunity, following the example set forth by Jesus Christ to show compassion to those in need. The A.C.T.S. ministry is built around a series of classes that constitute a court-approved substance abuse program. By participating in the A.C.T.S. program, individuals can meet their court-ordered requirements while also benefiting spiritually. The A.C.T.S. program serves Yolo County and the surrounding areas. Music Ministry

Under the direction of Sis. Schexnayder, the music department at Gracepoint is constantly striving to improve the talents the Lord has blessed us with. Comprised of talented musicians and praise singers, our primary goal is to bless the Lord and usher the service into God’s presence. With innovative music and anointed praise, we invite you to worship with us.
